Do you accept only Paypal in your store?
We've had to make some changes recently to the store system, and credit card payments have been temporarily disabled. We hope to be able to accept all major credit cards again soon.
I'm having trouble installing my new product!
Please check out the documentation included with your product. If you still have issues, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
On how many computers can I install your products?
You can install any of our products you have purchased on as many computers as you want, as long as you're the only person using them. Most of our products don't have copy protection or watermarks, so we rely on an honor system because we believe most people will do the right thing.
Can I try your products before I buy them?
No, but we do have video walkthroughs and demo tracks on our product pages so you can have a good idea of what every product contains before you purchase it.
Do you have sales?
Although we don't have season or holiday sales anymore, we do have occasional Flash Sales, usually for two days at a time. Please subscribe below to our newsletter so you don't miss them. Do keep in mind — upgrading a bundle is not available during our sales.
Can I stack a Complete Your Bundle discount and a sale discount?
No, sorry. All Complete Your Bundle offers are not available during our sales. We are a small company and we try to keep our products as affordable as possible, so we can't offer stacked discounts for financial reasons.
Do you have introductory discounts for new products?
Yes. We offer a brief introductory discount for our Kontakt libraries. Any product with an introductory discount is not available in any bundle, until the introduction period is over (usually two weeks).
Why is a certain product not yet part of the Everything So Far bundle?
Our Kontakt products usually launch with a discounted intro price for a limited time. Once the intro price ends, the product is added to the Everything So Far and any other respective bundles.
I have a few of your products. Can I upgrade to a bundle?
Yes, please contact us and we'll work out a discount for you. Please be aware that upgrading to a bundle is not available during our sales.
I purchased one of your bundles, but now there are new products in that bundle in your store. Can I complete that bundle with the new products?
Yes, please contact us and we'll work out a discount for you. Please be aware that completing a bundle is not available during our sales.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable, so please make sure you have checked out the demo tracks and the video walkthrough for any product you're interested in before you purchase it, to make sure that it is the right product for you.
Can I resell your products if I don't need them anymore?
No. What you purchase from us is a license to use our product, and the licenses for our products are not transferable. Furthermore, all licenses for our products can only be sold by The Very Loud Indeed Co. or any of our authorized distributors.
Are there limitations on the kind of music projects I can use your sounds for?
No, you can use them on any type of music piece, and you can license or sell that music piece freely. However, none of our patches and/or sounds can be used in isolation (i.e., the music piece cannot be just a loop of one of our sounds), they need to be used in the context of a musical arrangement with other sounds.
My pet goat ate my computer and I lost the products I purchased from The Very Loud Indeed Co.! Can I get them from you again?
Yes, you can contact us using the same email address you originally used to purchase them.
I don't have a large budget. Can I hire your company to do a few bespoke sounds for me?
Yes, absolutely. We can discuss a small number of great unique patches to spice up your project, all within your budget. Send us a brief description of what you need and we'll try to work something out.
Can I write demo tracks for your products?
We are always looking for talented composers to showcase their work made with our products. If you're interested in receiving an advance copy of one of our products to write one or more demo tracks that would be featured in its Product page, please contact us with a link to your work and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Do you hire sound designers?
Not at the moment, sorry. We are a small company and we need to keep our overhead costs as low as possible, but maybe sometime in the future we will expand, and we'll need some help.
