ACCOUNT AND PURCHASES

You can reset your password if you have forgotten it. Please make sure that the email address that you used to create your account is active and your inbox has some space left, so you can receive your password reset email.

This happens if you have more than one account registered and you have purchased under both accounts, or if you log into a different account you haven't used to purchase. Please contact me to merge your accounts into a single one.

In some cases, the PayPal credit card integration for the Shopify platform, which the store uses, will give an error that reads "Something went wrong. We'll take you back to checkout so you can try again" or "Sorry. We were not able to process your request. Please try again later."

I'm doing all I can to push PayPal to fix this issue as soon as possible, but in the meantime, you can contact me to send you a PayPal invoice, which currently works well with all major credit cards. I'll send you a 100% discount for the product(s) on payment, so you can get them from the store and they will be registered in your account.

I apologize for this inconvenience and I hope PayPal will resolve this issue soon.

All sales are final and non-refundable, so please make sure you have checked out the demo tracks and the video walkthrough for any product you're interested in before you purchase it, to make sure that it is the right product for you.

Yes, I have a 30% Educational Discount for students and teachers. You can learn more about it and how to apply here. Please note that this discount is not active during sales.

I do have regular seasonal sales, and sometimes 2-day Flash Sales. Please subscribe below to the newsletter so you don't miss them. Do keep in mind — upgrading a bundle is not available during sales.

No, sorry. All Complete Your Bundle offers are not available during sales. I am a sole developer and I try to keep my products as affordable as possible, so I can't offer stacked discounts for financial reasons.

Yes. I offer a brief introductory discount for my Kontakt libraries and my synth soundsets. Any product with an introductory discount is not available in any bundle, until the introduction period is over.

My products usually launch with a discounted intro price for a limited time. Once the intro price ends, the product is added to its respective bundle(s).

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL

As soon as you complete your purchase, you'll see a "download" button on your confirmation page, and you'll also receive an email with the download link. Unfortunately, the store doesn't use the Pulse Downloader system any more, but you'll be able to re-download any purchase made after February 1st, 2026 at the Orders page in your Account.

You can install any of my products you have purchased on as many computers as you want, as long as you're the only person using them. Most of my products don't have copy protection or watermarks, so I rely on an honor system because I believe most people will do the right thing.

Yes, for any product purchased before February 1st, 2026 you can contact me using the same email address you originally used to purchase them. Products purchased after February 1st, 2026 can be downloaded from the Orders page in your Account.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

No, but I do have video walkthroughs and demo tracks on my product pages so you can have a detailed overview of what every product contains before you purchase it.

No. What you purchase from me is a license to use our product, and the licenses for my products are not transferable. Furthermore, all licenses for my products can only be sold by The Very Loud Indeed Co. or any of my authorized distributors.

No, you can use them on any type of music piece, and you can license or sell that music piece freely. However, none of my patches and/or sounds can be used in isolation (i.e., the music piece cannot be just a loop of one of my sounds), they need to be used in the context of a musical arrangement with other sounds.

I'll retire some older products from the store for different reasons, with the goal of decluttering my product lines. I will announce the retirement of any product via the mailing list and social media so customers will have a last chance to get it before it's gone from the store.

As per Spectrasonics' own FAQ, all Omnisphere 2 patches are backwards compatible with Omnisphere 3. Therefore, I'll continue creating all patches in Omnisphere 2 for the foreseeable future, to support everyone who hasn't upgraded to Omnisphere 3.

I am always looking for talented composers to showcase their work made with my products. If you're interested in receiving an advance copy of one of my products to write one or more demo tracks that would be featured in its Product page, please contact me with a link to your work and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
